5. Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Order Cancellations

Because of the nature of the products (pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, temperature/time-sensitive items, and health & safety regulations), our policy is extremely strict:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference;
  • Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following limited circumstances and only at our sole discretion:
    • Proven material defect or quality issue (subject to our verification);
    • Wrong item shipped due to our error;
    • Non-delivery of a tracked package that we can confirm was lost in transit (subject to carrier investigation);
  • All claims must be submitted in writing to info@ukchoicemeds.com within 48 hours of receipt (or non-receipt), accompanied by clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue;
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping and handling fees;
  • No cash refunds are offered.
6. Disclaimers – No Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE, OR ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
